Ivy Lea Club - East Marina

Kehoe and the prestigious Ivy Club Marina on the St Lawrence River have a long-standing relationship dating back to 2006. In 2021 the club expanded the east marina. The expanded marina complex provides members with over 1000’ of a combination floating docks, stationary docks and breakwaters built to accommodate nearly 100 vessels. All slips were supplied with power, water and security lighting.

 

Work in 2021 included:

​

• Supply all material & labour to construct new steel tube floating docks,

• New main dock constructed from 1 - 30" o.d. x 1/4" spiral welded steel floatation units & finger docks constructed from 1 - 26" o.d x 1/4"spiral welded steel floatation units.

• Docks were complete with pressure treated wood stringers, decking & horizontal skirting.

• Decks were equipped with 10" aluminum cleats.

• Docks were complete with chain & anchor package suitable for year round installation.
