Project Summary:

Caraco Development’s new condominium complex needed to add a marina for the condominium residents.

​

Kehoe’s firsthand extensive knowledge of Lake Ontario and St Lawrence River conditions, including winter wind and ice conditions was the key factor for Caraco’s selection of Kehoe to build the marina.

​

The project was completed in phases, commencing with 50 m of precast concrete panel shoreline protection and concluding with year round floating breakwaters and docks with 30 boat slips suitable for Personal Watercrafts, 20, 30, 35, and 40 foot craft.
