Project Summary:
To replace the existing slinky loop geothermal heat exchanger at the Killbear Provincial Park Visitor Center; in Noble Ontario. The site was located in Georgian Bay, Ontario - 100 m offshore and in 20 m of water.
Work included: removal and disposal of the existing heat exchanger including the existing heat transfer fluids; supply manufacture; delivery and installation of the new heat exchanger consisting of 457 m of new 40 mm diameter HDPE Pipe (Typical of 6 Sub Loops) including supply of new heat transfer fluid; dive inspections, pressure testing, operating and maintenance manuals and as-built documentation.
