Project Summary:

The work involved development and alteration to a shoreline for the purpose of repairing an existing stacked armour stone retaining wall and adding a new splash apron along approximately 110 metres of shoreline, replacing two pedestrian bridges over a storm drainage channel and completing new erosion protection measures (consisting of a riprap toe berm and slope stabilization plantings on the upper bank) along approximately 49 metres of shoreline. Sediment and erosion control measures were utilized during construction.
