Floating Structures

Conquer changing water levels. Kehoe Marine services small residential or large, multiple slip commercial marinas, with a variety of floating docks, boathouses/boat ports and breakwaters. Our custom design and layout will assure a perfect fit.

Kehoe Marine floating structures are designed for year round Northern climates. Our floating structures withstand heavy winter ice conditions, eliminating the need for winter removal. This greatly reduces the overall maintenance costs and effort associated with floating docks, especially when compared to other types of floating structures.

Kehoe Marine floating structures are designed with continuous steel tube, spiral welded floatation units. Standard wall thickness is 3/16”, which can be increased for extended service life.

Heavy duty steel floatation units give these floating structures a low centre of gravity, for excellent stability.

All Kehoe Marine floating boat ports and boathouses may be designed with an optional built in boat lift. Protect your boat from sun and wave damage.

All floating structures come standard with premium pressure treated wood decking and skirting. Decking and skirting may also be upgraded to cedar, composite material, or concrete.

Floating structures are anchored with a system of pre-cast concrete anchors and chain. This anchoring system is installed to accommodate changing water levels, with little or no adjustment required.

Custom designed floating structures accomodate for offset loads caused by ramps and boat lifts, to maintain level structures.
