Floating Docks & Breakwaters

Kehoe specializes in floating dock marinas and breakwaters for all sizes of projects. Our marina projects can be seen on back lakes, up and down both sides of the Rideau and St. Lawrence River and are likely in many of your favourite stopping points along your boating journey on the Great Lakes. Whether it is a condo development with new docks for residents, or a full-scale Municipal Marina, we have a floating dock and or breakwater solution that fits.

Built for Year Round Conditions

Kehoe floating structures are designed with continuous spiral welded steel tube floatation units. Standard wall thickness is 3/16”, which can be increased to ¼” for extended service life. If even more risk mitigation is required, we can fill the floats with expandable foam. Heavy duty steel floatation units give these floating structures a low centre of gravity, for long lifespan and excellent stability. Our silent hinge design ensures that users are not bothered by the creaking and groaning of docks from days gone by.
